How We Practice
Practice is a dynamic program. A combined method of track-based run programming and strength training, repeated in drills, performed as a team, and tailored for athletes to reach their respective fitness goals in a group training environment.
Athletes will train in 4 stations:
– Endurance: Performance Run
– Turf: Movement and Agility
– Track: Sprint Intervals
– Recovery: Weight Training
Each station is a 12 minute program set with 2 minutes of active recovery.
The formats will be altered to fit our online class method. We are committed to our brand and will try everything to stay as close to the method as possible for maximum safe results.
