The Performance Foundation: 12 Week Series

The goal of our Spring season 2025 pop- up series is to build and we’ll start with FOUNDATION. 

Foun·da·tion (/founˈdāSHən/) is simply, the starting point of origin‍. This experience is created for you, Athlete, to create a road map that will guide your personal journey into discovery. Yeah, you'll sweat! But this series is about building endurance, learning through teamwork and improving how you move everyday with a stronger core and agile mobility. 

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

  • We recognize that each individual is unique and our program emphasizes adaptability, with exercises modified in real-time with attention to your specific needs and fitness level.
  • Our core focus lies in making you stronger, showing you the potential of your endurance and practicing explosive power - the essential elements that not only elevate your athletic performance but also enhance your everyday functionality. 
  • We create an environment of teamwork. Every Athlete is a team player and we coach a program guided through motivation that resonates with what we see as your potential pushing you to exceed your limits. 
  • We want to keep you off the injured roster! We are dedicated coaches that want to know more about you, provide personalized attention, and will ensure that you execute each movement with precision.

Week 1-4: Performance Foundation – Master Mobility 

Week 5-8: Performance Power – Build Core Power & Stability

Week 9-12: Performance Agility – Multidirectional Movement.
